Ing. Antoine Sciberras is the Chief Officer for Spectrum Management and Technology of the Malta Communications Authority (MCA), the Maltese regulatory authority for electronic communications.
He has more than 18 years of experience across technical, commercial and regulatory roles in the field of electronic communications networks and services with both government and industry.
Antoine is also Senior Visiting Lecturer at the University of Malta. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Malta, a post-graduate diploma in Engineering Management from Brunel University London and a Masters in Knowledge-based Entrepreneurship from the University of Malta.
