Francois is a Policy Advisor to the Parliamentary Secretary for Financial Services, Digital Economy and Innovation. Previously, he was the Executive Secretary of the Malta Blockchain Taskforce and he heavily contributed in designing the ideal framework for Technology Arrangements and for the overall coordination of the “Blockchain Acts”. He represented Malta and participated in several meetings related to the digital economy. Francois received a B.Sc. in Business and Computing from the University of Malta and an MBA from University of Derby.
